Mr. Avinash Mishra

Chief Financial Officer

Avinash Mishra is the Chief Financial Officer of Friends Capital Services Ltd. He has diverse micro finance experience in Kashi Micro Credit. His professional expertise lies in corporate finance, credit & delinquency management & portfolio audit. He has special expertise in micro loan portfolio management in micro finance industries. He is a Post Graduate of M.COM from VBSPU and holds Master in Business Administration.

Mr. Deepak Billa

Business Head

An accomplished financial services professional with over 18 years of experience, Mr. Deepak Billa brings with him a wealth of experience, expertise, and a proven track record in audit, risk management and compliance. He had handled key roles in organizations such as Prime M2i Consulting Pvt Ltd, SV Creditline Pvt Ltd, Pahal Financial Services Pvt Ltd, SAVE Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to Friends Capital, he was with Pahal Financial Services Pvt Ltd as Chief Audit & Risk Officer.

He aims to build a sustainable business platform and add value to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and internal control system through his customer-centric approach. He will oversee Business planning, Operations Management, Process and Regulatory Compliance with the P&L Responsibility. He will be responsible for overall business development, exploring untapped markets, stakeholder management and manpower planning.

Mr. Ram Prakash Singh

Operations Head

Capital Services Ltd. He has more than eight years of working Mr. Ram Prakash Singh is M.A. and L.L.B. who Operations Head of Friend’s experience in micro finance and has been instrumental in company’s business operations for past several years. He closely monitors portfolio quality, delinquencies, loan products and processes and customer grievance redressal. Previous to joining the company, he was working with Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Lucknow.

Mr. Ranveer Singh

Zonal Head
Mr. Ranveer Singh was a Regional Manager in Finance & Business Development with over 17 years of experience in the microfinance sector. Currently working at Atyati Technology Pvt. Ltd., he oversees 35 branches with a portfolio totaling 205 crores, encompassing both BC and MBC points. Ranveer’s expertise includes strategic financial planning, portfolio management, team leadership, and business growth initiatives. Throughout his career, which includes roles at Fusion Microfinance Limited and Muthoot Microfinance Limited, he has consistently demonstrated a strong track record of achieving high collection rates, expanding branch networks, and developing new revenue streams. Ranveer is adept at restructuring operations, introducing profitability measures, and addressing staffing gaps to mitigate attrition. His skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staff, and channel partners have been crucial in ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving business growth.

Mr. Ambrish Pathak

Audit head

Mr. Ambrish Pathak has been assigned important role of in concurrent auditor of the organization. He meticulously examines all the transactions and ensures each one of them adhere to the stipulated norms. He holds a degree of M.A Economics and has 10+ years of experience.

Mr.Nelson Xalxo

Manager-MIS
He is the key individual who is responsible for connecting all the dots together in the organization. His prompt actions ensure timely inputs to management for necessary decision-making. Additionally, he is accountable for generating various compliance reports and returns. He holds a B.Com degree and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Engineering. With seven years of experience in microfinance, he specializes in data management, software handling, credit management, branch coordination, and producing a wide range of reports.

Mr. Manish Kumar

Manager-Retail

He leads the organization’s marketing efforts, continually developing appropriate products and services to enhance client outreach. He holds a B.Sc degree, a Diploma in Marketing Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management. With 15 years of experience in retail and microfinance, he has managed multiple outlets and overseen retail operations. He has successfully implemented cross-sales strategies and addressed the product needs of current clients. His professional background includes positions at FVRL (Big Bazaar) and Vedika Credit Capital.

Ms. Chandra Karki

Manager - Planning and Capacity Building

She has versatile experience of more than 28 years in microfinance sector. She brings a rich experience from having worked in AFC, IGS, BASICS, Vayam (BASIX), IDEA, Mahila Samakhya, UP Tourism, Govt. Of UP etc. She has been assigned to look after capacity building initiative and related issues of the organization. She holds a master’s degree in Economics, M.A. in Sociology and Master in Business Administration- HR along with Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development.

Mr. Bimlesh Kumar

Area Manager

He is a graduate, young dynamic Area Manager, serving in the organization for more than a decade. He oversees the complete operations of four branches of Ahraura, Ramnagar, Bhojubir and Sindhora since 2010.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh

Area Manager

He performs an important responsibility as the Area Manager overseen the complete business aspects of three branches of Kashi, Mugalsarai and Jalalpur. Since 2011. He holds a degree of Masters in Arts.
