Mr. Avinash Mishra

Chief Financial Officer

Avinash Mishra is the Chief Financial Officer of Friends Capital Services Ltd. He has diverse micro finance experience in Kashi Micro Credit. His professional expertise lies in corporate finance, credit & delinquency management, funding arrangments & portfolio audit. He has special expertise in micro loan portfolio management in micro finance industries. He is a Post Graduate of M.COM from VBSPU and holds Master in Business Administration.

Mr. Ambrish Pathak

Audit head

Mr. Ambrish Pathak has been assigned important role of in concurrent auditor of the organization. He meticulously examines all the transactions and ensures each one of them adhere to the stipulated norms. He holds a degree of M.A Economics and has 10+ years of experience.

Mr.Nelson Xalxo

Manager-MIS
He is the key individual who is responsible for connecting all the dots together in the organization. His prompt actions ensure timely inputs to management for necessary decision-making. Additionally, he is accountable for generating various compliance reports and returns. He holds a B.Com degree and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Engineering. With seven years of experience in microfinance, he specializes in data management, software handling, credit management, branch coordination, and producing a wide range of reports.

Mr. Manish Kumar

Manager-Retail

He leads the organization’s marketing efforts, continually developing appropriate products and services to enhance client outreach. He holds a B.Sc degree, a Diploma in Marketing Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management. With 15 years of experience in retail and microfinance, he has managed multiple outlets and overseen retail operations. He has successfully implemented cross-sales strategies and addressed the product needs of current clients. His professional background includes positions at FVRL (Big Bazaar) and Vedika Credit Capital.

Mr. Bimlesh Kumar

Regional Manager

He is a graduate, young dynamic Regional Manager, serving in the organization for more than a decade. He oversees the complete operations of four branches of bihar region branches since 2010.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh

Regional Manager

He performs an important responsibility as the Regional Manager overseen the complete business aspects of six branches of Varanasi region since 2011. He holds a degree of Masters in Arts.
